For such a great pickleball paddle that Quiet Play is, I expected more from your tape! The original handle tape was thinner and sadly after only several months of play, began to fail, but at least the tape had adhesive over 100% of the tape. The new tape is thicker, which is a positive for men with bigger hands, but the adhesive only runs down the middle and is much thicker so distorts the handle feel. Further, it doesn't have adhesive to the edge so the tape likely will prematurely fail. In candor, I bought two tapes expecting to have to wrap another paddle in the future (we have 3) but would not buy your tape again and will look elsewhere as I just don't see yours lasting very long and feels totally different than the original tape.

I appreciate you sharing your thoughts on the grip. I want to let you know that we’ve installed and sold hundreds of these without receiving complaints. The adhesive is designed to run down the center because of the thickness of the grip running it to the edge isn’t necessary and actually changes the feel of the grip, which is why we don’t manufacture it that way.
I’d recommend using the grip for a bit to really get a feel for it. They will not wear out as quickly as you suggested we have players who have been using the same grip for a year or longer. That said, we generally recommend replacing any grip (no matter who makes it) every 3 or 4 months, as it refreshes your paddle and gives you that “new paddle” feel again.
Of course, I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’d prefer, you’re welcome to send the grips back and I’ll gladly refund your money or replace them with our cushioned sweat-channeling grips instead.
