When you choose Quiet Play you are buying 100% made in America aerospace grade paddles. Our paddles are not only stiffer and quieter we also cure at 350F vs the industry standard 250F. Our paddles are cutting edge patent pending technology. What's not covered? Normal wear and tear like scratches and surface wear. Additionally any issue caused by unusual paddle contact with the ground or other hard surface that causes a laminate failure. Paddle warranty details: All Quiet Play paddle purchases are given a 6 month free product replacement from manufacturer defects, from the day you receive the paddle. The warranty claim is valid only for the original owner of record and is not transferable. What happens if there's an issue? Take a picture of your paddle and provide us with proof of purchase. Just know that the replacement paddle does not come with additional warranty time. What about shipping? All warranty claims shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the consumer with the exception of the first 30 days after purchase.
