Whoop Ass Paddle

Introducing the all new hybrid Whoop Ass from Quiet Play Paddles;

This paddle features a blend of T1100 carbon and K49 Kevlar in a twill weave on the surface and is backed up by T1100 intermediate modulus carbon.  What does this mean to you as a player.  A very fast responsive paddle that also has great touch and feel.  This paddle is a real mix of power and touch. 

K49 Kevlar has a low density 1.44 g/cm3 which means its lightweight. Actually lighter than carbon which is 1.80 g/cm3. 

Kevlar is tougher than carbon which is very strong but brittle.  K49 has a 2.4% elongation and carbon is 1.4%.  Kevlar has long been known for its toughness.  This added flexibility on the surface allows for a more forgiving paddle.  The added carbon fiber allows for a very stiff and fast paddle.  So, it really provides players the best of both worlds.  The Whoop Ass comes in at 8.0 (+/-) 0.2 ounces and features a 14mm core.
